I have this same computer. Works really well for the age, however I keep mine on OS X Mavericks so it doesn't overheat as much as it did on El capitan.

El Capitan is not that bad with heat i also have macs fan control to monitor temps El Cap does very good memory management wise mavericks i did have all sorts of memory Leak issues over all memory leaks was a big problem and El Capitan fixed that for me.

@Aaronsrandomcontent I just put an SSD in mine. SUPER fast now! I don't know if I will ever upgrade to a new mac to be honest. As long as El Capitan is still supported I'm going to keep it around!

what version its running ? its a hackintosh ?

it's running version 10.11.6 and no it's not a Hackintosh it's a full blown mac from 2007 Max OS it can run is El Capitan it has a 2.6GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB of DDR2 Apple Ram Nvidia Graphics and the original 200GB hard drive it's the only apple machine i have currently.
