Super Puyo Puyo (SNES) VHS Recording

I play Super Puyo Puyo on my Super Nintendo (PAL European console, using a NTSC to PAL adapter for playing NTSC-J Super Puyo Puyo on my PAL console) and i record my game on a VHS months ago. I decided to digitalize the videotape with my retrogameplays into a DVD so i decided to convert the DVD content into an mp4 files with a screen recorder program (i use OBS). if you hear Windows 7 audios during the video is because my antivirus windows would pop up while I was recording.
