I do think mainstream social media rules are stupid but it's not a violation of freespeech laws because free speech laws are just saying the government can't arrest you or kill you or fine you for what you say. This doesn't apply to private companies when you use their service. Like if you say the nword in a café and get kicked out it's not violating free speech, it's within a businesses right legally to not allow certain types of speech they don't like to happen on their property/platform they own. This isn't my opinion this is just how it is so you can't sue YouTube for this like it will just get thrown out of court instantly because 1st amendment only applies to the government to follow not a person or company
@SkibidiCoffee I understand that private companies are able to function independently of the government, I just brought the 1st Amendment up to remind everyone that people fought and died for this freedom and now some suit has taken it away.
