I will say Japan noone cares what people do online and no digital IDs online or anything like that or id verification on porn sites either. Japan noone a gives a fuck what you do online unless your caught pirating movies. Even cp isnt really charged in Japan as much as other countries. If the police don't even care much about CP online then they don't care about other things either. Or you could just set your VPN server to Japan to avoid this UK internet censorship.
