Wario being in Mario Kart meant a lot back then. Wario Land (and Ware) are really nice series and this antihero is an odd yet great Nintendo character.

@Ikagura It was a treat back then, and we later got spoiled with Wario World; Nintendo is really sitting on Wario, we need a new 3D entry not Wario Ware or some 2D gimmick game, even though I like Shake It and Master of Disguise.

@TowerDude I'm surprised we didn't see a real Metroidvania with Wario.

I gotta be brutally honest though, Toad's Turnpike on Mirror mode is total aids and I get PTSD just thinking about it; Absolutely unforgiving.
