My earliest memories of playing a kiosk at Wal-Mart was for Super Mario Kart for SNES with it's 2-player versus mode with my sister. We never got a SNES but I remember it being a lot of fun. Then in 1996 they had an N64 with Super Mario 64 set up and we would take turns running around the outside of Peach's castle just goofing off. We didn't even really go into any worlds. We just ran around as Mario, jumped, flipped, crawled, ect. The graphics blew my mind. The sound effects too like the rustling leaves when climbing trees or the sound of the waterfall when you got closer to it or the birds chirping. Then we let Mario go for a while and he'd fall asleep and start to talk in his sleep, dreaming about eating Italian food. 😂 I know it sounds dumb to waste an hour just running around and swimming in the lake and climbing trees, but it really felt like you were Mario in a 3D world.

@SegaDude113 Nah thats not dumb thats an awesome memory! The N64 was my first console as a kid so I can relate to the awesome feeling of being free and doing whatever you want in 3D. Not to mention being alive in the period was amazing seeing technology evolve in real time!

I never played the demos but I always seen people try them. If it looked cool on the screen, I just bought it to try at home. If I didn't like it, I returned it.
It wasn't until PS3/360 that I tried demos, because you can just do it at home on the sofa. There was the occasional magazine and promo disc however; I discovered Tony Hawk on a Pizza Hut promo disc.

@TowerDude YOOOO THE PIZZA HUT PROMO DISC IS AWESOME! Glad you had some fond memories of the ps3/360 demos too part 2 ill be talking about some funny memories i had with that too!

@chimaera I believe it for the most part has to do with the fact many sites themselves are funded by (((communists))) and that the furry fandom is the most Aryan proportionately than other fandoms such as anime or vidya.
