- The song was discovered in a Crysis Wars map called "Yome," created in 2008 by the modder "---___db___---" from the now-defunct Crymod site.
- The map featured an internet cafe floating on a rocky island in space.
- "---___db___---" disappeared around 2011, coinciding with the removal of the downloads section, and the Crymod site vanished entirely in 2014.
- Other contributors to the map, "CryBusters" and "FantasyHaze," also seem to have disappeared without a trace.
