as a teenager, horrible shit happens to us every year, thats one of them for those poor girls.
the guy is 45 year old. he should pick on someone his size. plus if the court system were to be that strong, the adult would,ve been charged aggressively. the fact that the majority of society see him as a grown man. he"s a lot bigger than the teenage girls. plus cps is very protective when it comes to minors considering there are a lot of accuse when it comes to minors
