Till Lindemann - 'Beloved City'.
A popular song by the Soviet composer Nikita Bogoslovsky to the verses of the poet Yevgeny Dolmatovsky, written in 1939 for the movie "Fighters".
The first performer of the song was Mark Bernes. There are three of his recordings: a film soundtrack (April 1939), a gramophone record (March 7, 1940) and a magnetic recording (1956) - all accompanied by Nikita Bogoslovsky (piano). It is interesting that Bernes, striving for the perfection of performance, rewrote many songs from his repertoire several times. But he made the interpretation of 'Beloved City' immaculate immediately and forever, and re-recorded it only once, when a better magnetic recording appeared.
