she's saying "this is so wrong" she's a very powerful person. she doesn't seem to look so powerful. most of the adults isn't taking the whole combating climate changes seriously. some of the adult is like "hahaha. she's just a kid. she's only a minor". people tend to underestimte the smallest things. a small monster that sleeps underground may be seemingly harmless. but once it's awakens, the monster can be so powerful with abnormal strength. it only take her to convince the government system to "do the right thing". then the govenments would say "she have courage. well pass the law". those who's against clomate changes will be considered breaking the law, you could possible be in jail or in some countries, be beheaded

Combat climate changes. right now it looks like a seed. it will quickly become a plant in due time. the plant will eventually become a tree. contamination surrounding environmetal system. protect planet earth from decease because of calamities responsibility. for those who don't support the climate change, if the new law passes, then you can be of breaking the law for going against combating climate changes
