Canal 13 (Argentina) Sign-On (1976, Alt Timeline)

Another attempt at an ATL thing that I'm tentatively calling "BoloMonoverse".

In this timeline, the following key events drive the earlier adoption:

Political Will: The military government of the time (likely during the Revolución Argentina period) prioritizes a "technological leap" to project an image of a modern, developed nation, especially after successful color transmissions in other major Latin American countries like Mexico and Brazil. This political decision overrides the local manufacturing sector's concerns about the high cost of imports.

Standard Selection: Argentina selects the PAL-N standard in late 1970, a compromise of the European PAL system adjusted for Argentina's existing 625-line black-and-white infrastructure. This early decision prevents the standard selection debate from delaying the transition.

Initial Broadcasts: Canal 7 (the state-owned channel) launches the first regular color broadcasts in mid-1971
