his was a small twitter video Vinnie, aka Mr. Conductorfan1406 posted to his twitter account as a little joke/teaser for his meetup with TurtlesAndThomas. Thanks to (insert name here later)'s comment replying to that tweet, he gave me an idea. It went something along the lines of, "This looks like the lost footage from a victim on a Law & Order type show lol". so I did just that, made a Law & Order Special Victims Unit Meme!
