Several problems :
1) You're still on Windows XP... Microsoft stopped patches in 2014...
2) Don't use several antiviruses. Disable or uninstall some antiviruses (NOT EVERY ANTIVIRUSES)
3) Empty the recycle bin, that'll make some disk space free
4) Are you sure that these antiviruses are antiviruses that you CAN TRUST, and that are well rated by the community ? (My antivirus : Avast antivirus)
5) Delete the video file, then Empty the recycle bin.
