Reuploading content that isn't yours is NOT legal

And is most DEFINITELY not under FAIR USE.

Me and DenverCole have made up and we're no longer fighting about this. However, I will leave this video up, as it's meant for other people too.

@iloveanime721 Anime on its own is legal, but uploading it when you don't own it is not. You can post clips or anime related content, but not something someone else owns. And actually, uploading National Geographic stuff in its entirety would be illegal anyways. Just make original content...

i see your point, if its the entire video without any edits, thats copyright infringement, if it has some sort of edit, than its selected under fair use.

The point to copyright law is to protect the rights of the person who spent their personal time making content. If you spend weeks, maybe months on something, wouldn't you want to profit off of it? And then how would you feel if some 13 year old on the Internet reuploaded it, and you make no money off their video?

Actually, prior to that, copyright was the same with one exception:It only lasted 59 years, which could be considered a lifetime, but it wasn't technically. However, as Micky Mouse and other cartoon characters were entering the free domain, Disney and other companies(mostly Disney) lobbied Congress to extend their copyright, among other things.

Ah, so nothing out of the extraordinary then in terms of insults.
Don't put up a fight and I won't use you as an example of trying to resist.
Also, usually, the person who throws the insult happens to know the insult applies to them too... sooo.... right back at ya.
