COPPA is simply that: the only evidence we need to tell us our country is done for. The so-called "law" is their last-ditch attempt to not only hide the obvious, but also delay the inevitable. They actually think our empire is exempt from the idolization of indulgence over prudence. It is a compulsive and pathological lie peddled forth by compulsive and pathological liars. No evidence exists of our Constitution "banning" any secession from the Union. This is only the obvious, honest fact. It is not an endorsement of the slavery imposed against blacks by whites. The first states to threaten secession were the New England States and not the Southern States. The North even threatened secession if slavery was allowed to proliferate. That was at the same time the South threatened secession if slavery was outlawed. Of course, the North only got rid of slavery out of convenience (i.e., farms were too small to need them). Abe Lincoln was even suggested by his critics to let seceding states go.
