This is the twenty-third part of our first feature-length movie, A Dinosaur Story.

Trying to escape from the flash flood, Noasaurus and his friends climb up the Tower of Power. As Dilophosaurus tries to shoot bolts of lightning at them using the weather controler, the humans and the robo T. Rex try to fly up after them in their futuristic flying cars, unaware that Allosaurus has snuck into one of the cars, trying to save his friends.
