Howdy Jim.. thanks for the fly by.. I'm about to get on dinner soon. How'd your weekend at the roadhouse go? too cold yet? It was 25 this morning here! but back up to 55 rest of the week. sorry you cant get into any tennis. JP might take you up on that offer but knowing JP hell probably charge a fee lol. Yea thanksgiving is coming up shortly and im still deciding whether to get a Turkey or not. The whole process grosses me out but its a staple here.

Hey Jim just passing through and wishing you a safe and peaceful start to November. I miss raking leaves in our summer home in Wisconsin. Apple picking and drinking apple cider and cinnamon. You ever been? We took tractor rides in the “haunted woods” but the “ghosts” were just high school guys who couldn’t get dates. Take care, leaf tripper!

Hey Jim , thanks for dropping in to my abode. I am not here often, so sorry I am late with my replies. Welp its that nasty cold time here.. Raining for days. Last night was our first freeze , 32 degrees. I am def a sun sand n surf girl. So not enjoying this. But lucky I am a great swimmer and dug out my canoe, just encase.. That's nice to hear that you're doing ok overall. My Mom is around your age and is kinda over-weight. I'm trying to push her to get back in shape but she's very stubborn with her bad eating habits. I Hope your knee recovers soon. Tennis is constant running around so I'm not surprised with that. cognitively I hope youre still in a good place though lol. you still seem sharp..

I wonder why that could be specially since you're living clean. maybe it's just the fact that your body is aging into your 60's. How is your overall health?

probably more like slow metabolism lol. how much you weighing these days? I'm 6'2 about 227 but slimming down. I want to get to 195 actually. I dont drink at all, or smoke, Im strait edge. too much coke though for me. not good at all for your stomach..
