slaTOIWNyc (7 months ago) @derodero Escaping from reality is fine, I always do it through music and locking myself in my room for a bit, but you keep living and life doesn't lose its rhythm, I always go out to experience something, even if it's just to walk or say hello to someone, it makes me feel alive again, maybe you can try
