I'm glad that we are in total agreement here. Besides, these companies should appreciate the free publicity since some people will want to check out these shows or films out of curiosity's sake.

I've watched all of the reviews that MysteriousMrEnter made back in the day including the SpongeBob ones that were removed by Viacom. Other reviewers like Nostalgia Critic and Cinema Snob also got reviews removed even though they were considered "fair use" since they are just clips and not the full show or film.

I've lost so many accounts over the years on different platforms (Veoh, Dailymotion, YouTube, etc.) so I think it's best to play it safe with some of the more infamous companies from Japan. Then there's also Viacom who were the primary reason that episodes of shows like SpongeBob and Beavis and Butthead started being removed from YouTube.

Yeah. It would be difficult to post anything by Toei since they are the most litigious of the bunch by far. That includes series like Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon. I remember when people lost their YouTube accounts for even posting episodes of either series.

So far, I might post the English dubbed version of "Cardcaptor Sakura" that was dubbed by Animax. It's much more accurate translation than the one from Kids' WB in the early 2000s. The license is expired so I might post that series. I got in trouble with certain anime companies back in the 2000s on Veoh for posting their anime series on there and lost my account.

The anime I'll post would have to be really good English dubs or Japanese with hardsubs since softsubs will not appear on the videos (Most of my anime library are softsubbed). They would also have to be those not readily found on certain streaming sites like Crunchyroll as Sony are very litigious about that stuff.
