jay142 (5 months ago) overall health ? i'm doing well and i exercise regularly, i still do sprints but not Long distance running. my last time out playing tennis, i strained my right knee that is taking forever to repair, but yeah, OLD is challenging.
that's physical, then there's the mental part !! ooops
