SimplyReal (1 year ago) BP has been good Matt, thanks for the comment. I have a monitor here, but rarely use it anymore. I can tell immediately when it's a bit high, and I know how to manage it for the most part. Staying in shape and eating are key, but it's the stress that is my downfall. I'm managing it much better these days though.
