im a newbie animator interested mainly in 2000s animation memes so u may or may not see a few in here depending on how willing i am to commit.

the character u see here is called 'the penguin' (again, not just 'penguin', u say the whole thing, 'the penguin') and he's pretty much my mascot/test dummy for my animations. wouldn't rlly call it an oc (did i mention u should only refer to it by it/its? now u do!)
