I dunno, I can't say for sure. I can only speak from my experience. And direct or secondhand interaction with the audience/content is more engaging. Then again, what the fuck do I know? Maybe don't take my advice, lol.

TheSpoilsofWrath (2 months ago) Yeah, in my case I'm a little worried cuz I have a few mystery science theater-esque vids up (that should be protected under fair use, imo), and a fan dub but apparently thats ok.
That is an interesting detail where the privating/unlisting of offending material is what would get you in trouble. Unlisting I could understand because anyone can still watch it as long as they have a link. But privating? Talk about trying to be safer than sorry.
