SynCloud09 (3 months ago) This keto diet is amazing. It really is. Once your body is well adjusted to it, your appetite will be gone. So you won't feel the need to eat a lot. Although, you can still eat like a king if you stick with keto food. Its awesome because you can eat like a king while losing weight at the same time!
Other benefits is you'll have energy all the time, all day every day. And you won't crave sugar. I still have my energy drinks but I've switched to the zero sugar kinds
