SynCloud09 (1 week ago) What you have to do is cut all sugary food and drinks. And cut your carbs to 15 carbs or less (at first. Thats what I did) You have to stop eating pasta, cereal, bread, fruit, rice, chocolate and chips etc.
I eat bacon, ground beef, burgers, cheese, cauliflower, beef sausage sticks, sardines, canned tuna and caesar salad (without the croutons) I also drink Mio juice (mio juice has 0 carbs) zero sugar energy drinks and zero carbs hot chocolate!

SynCloud09 (1 week ago) This keto diet is amazing. It really is. Once your body is well adjusted to it, your appetite will be gone. So you won't feel the need to eat a lot. Although, you can still eat like a king if you stick with keto food. Its awesome because you can eat like a king while losing weight at the same time!
Other benefits is you'll have energy all the time, all day every day. And you won't crave sugar. I still have my energy drinks but I've switched to the zero sugar kinds
