If the small country had a nuke or 2 and was able to just evaporate the big countries capital city in 10minutes. Those wars would of been prevented out of fear of retaliation. Ukraine war and Iran war would of never happened if Ukraine and Iran were given a nuke for self defense. Israel would of never tried invading all their neighbors if every country had a nuke. China wouldn't dare touch Taiwan or Japan if they had nukes.
