the baby in the nevermind album actually tried to sue them when he was an adult but he lost the case because there was parent permission and also there wasnt any sexual intention behind the picture.

i think its the intention behind it that makes CP, CP. like if a parent takes a photo of their newborn baby in the hospital to post on facebook for the rest of their family to see. its not considered the same as a photo of someone fucking that baby or if the photo was posted on a porn forum site with text about how the baby is so sexy on the post.

The most common complaint I have heard is that every video he makes, the price of thing he is looking at in said video skyrockets, but the hate for him is so common that I don't think it's just that, but I don't know what else it could be.
