hello, is the then and now videos I uploaded considered against the tos? i wanted to keep the memories alive. the music reminded me of my older brother who died so I wanted to cherish the memories. do I take those down?

@YuzukiYukariES we plan on supporting live streaming for partners in the future but we don't have a timeline for it. as for 2027 plans - i'll write a blog post on new years.

@Aniki This has nothing to do with everything we were talking about before, but I was just curious: what are your plans for VidLii for 2027? Of all the sites I’ve seen, especially the retro ones that didn’t manage to survive, this one has remained pretty stable.

@ Ainiki. Thank you so much. The site does give you notification in the email at the top of the site, but it only updates when you load a page. anyways, it's not a big deal though. appreciate the reply.

@MatthewRC it's very unlikely because we would need to use a separate email provider and pay more money for it. sorry - maybe we can make an rss feed for comments in the future instead.

I don’t know, but I think VidLii has something perfect for livestreaming. Imagine having the old YouTube design while streaming live with your audience, with that classic comment section feeling. Besides the nostalgia, it would be a really interesting mix of the old YouTube style with modern ideas and features.

I suggest you add the possibility of an orange subscribe button, a possibility for compact view for videos/favourites, etc. and for a 4:3 profile picture in Channel 1.0.
