but even then i didnt learn as much words as i should. but im proof you need to still look at the textbook for language learning. immersion doesnt fully get you there on itself (which i trusted as the only method for along time)

tbh i think the reason why im not fluent in japanese is just simply because i didnt learn grammar. like i learned prob thousands of words in the language naturally from being at public school in japan but never learned grammar so i can know all the words i need to say a sentence but i will still struggle figuring out how to form the sentence to make sense to someone im talking to,
