like it is a good thing to reduce the food dyes in food. but people will still be fat if they arent burning the calories they consume or consuming less calories to match what they burn naturally.
RFK thinks just banning food dyes will magically make americans all skinny or shredded when thats scientifically impossible without other steps to your diet as well.

walkable cities. because. if you just sit at home and work and drive a car for your commutes. you barely burn calories unless you exercise later.
if your workplace and your supermarket was in a 10 or even 20minute walk or bike.
you would be more likely to just do that then waste gas in your car to go there and find parking.

also even the good stuff like getting rid of food dyes. hes arguing that it makes america fat. which isnt true. sure red 40 can have risks but weight gain isnt one of them. you only gain weight if you consume more energy then your body uses. so you could eat a pound of lead and still be skinny although you would die from toxicity. but you wouldnt gain fat.

You would still need a state to enforce this policy though, it just goes against human nature to eliminate business practices that are not just common, but are what makes operations a business. I’m not saying that it wouldn’t ever work anywhere, but it would be impossible to implement this on a large scale. I guess that doesn’t matter at all though, because that’s really what anarchist societies would be: Small and local. Hell, anarchy resembling an ancom/anarcho-socialist society has happened.

Btw I'm not really a communist. I guess market socialism would be kinda right word. Socialism is about wanting to give ownership of companies and their assets to the people that work on them just like how a feudal peasant should own the land they work off of instead of the king.

Family. I think children should have rights somewhat. A father can't kill or rape their daughter. And I think kids should have a right to run away and there should a system to help kids that do runaway if their parents suck.
