...going to sleep but can't and then getting up just go back to sleep again.
I shared this little inconvenience on Steam a few days ago and this guy I met on TF2 got a little worried & asked me if I was alright/do I need to talk. I assured him I was fine but that's a neat thing I haven't seen in a while - there's people online who're also willing to talk with you if you seem sad. That stuff warms me up & it's always nice, even just knowing there's someone out there willing to help you.

I hate that cigarettes don't make you fall asleep at night when you're tired. Instead I'd lay down and feel cozy but it won't affect my will to sleep, and specifically for me I always brush my teeth last thing before going to bed, so what'll happen is that I'll smoke one, lay down for a bit and then get up because in my head I thought: "oh I'll have a smoke and go to bed" but going to bed also means brushing my teeth just before, so I get this little cycle where I feel like going to sleep
