Yeah idk how I was stupid enough to fall for redpill in early 2023. And only escaped when I watched a some ordinary gamer video debunking Andrew Tate in August 2023 and realized he was a dumbass. But I was mostly a hamza Ahmed and imam gadhzi viewer though but still supported Tate and watched his podcasts and was in redpill discord servers. But it's all nonsense. You can workout or diet or meditate or find hobbies/friends irl without redpill nonsense or just focus on religion instead of this.
