its called "Star Cruizin" its from an obscured/hidden underated short lived 90s KIds WB Show called "Channel Umptee 3" the show for many years up untile this point was very limited and was lost media for over 4 decades untile the series recently aired on ROku TV this year in 2026

because I watched alot of Obscured Movies and TV Shows and heard alot of obscured Album songs throughout my childhood,but I'll go ahead and give you an example of an underated song from my childhood that no one has heard up untile now:P

I actually don't hate those as much as others did. I grew up with all the available eras at the same time (Hanna and Barbera, Gene Deitch, Chuck Jones, Hanna-Barbera 1970s and Filmation). My local channel back in the 1980s had an hour block that played all of those versions at once as well as the classic Tex Avery cartoons from MGM. I always had this feeling that Deitch's cartoons were made in another country as the BGM and SFX were so different from the rest.
