I hope you are staying on top of your exercises with that rib situation. I know it's easy to fall of track, and to stay motivated, but you have no choice. You know what to do. I hope you're feeling some relief. Talk to you soon my friend!

BP has been good Matt, thanks for the comment. I have a monitor here, but rarely use it anymore. I can tell immediately when it's a bit high, and I know how to manage it for the most part. Staying in shape and eating are key, but it's the stress that is my downfall. I'm managing it much better these days though.

I know your devotion to God is your life Matt, and I fully respect that, but I do hope you will consider settling down one day with a partner. You deserve that.

My expertise is with cats and fish, but she knows a lot about so many other animals. We feed of each other's knowledge, and since we are both animal lovers at heart, we compliment one another perfectly. Sure we have had good and bad times over the years, but I wouldn't change a thing. I love her dearly.
