SynCloud09 (1 day ago) that's awesome! What I did at first, was have 10-15 carbs a day. I did that for the first month a half. I ended up losing weight fast lol. Just remember to have foods that are low in carbs, high in fat and moderate in protein. Cut off bread, pasta, cereal, fruit, grains, potatoes, junk food, fries, pizza etc. Its a big sacrifice but its worth it!

All these grocery stores will sell you poison (all these carbs) but they also sell the food you need to live a healthier life. I was really fat before. but I lost all of it. Now im getting into shape. Im really thankful for the keto diet :) I only recommend keto if you want to lose weight!

SynCloud09 (1 week ago) Those Jack Link's original beef sausage stick (50g) is perfect for Keto. Because per one stick, it contains 20g of fat, 2 carbs, 2 grams of sugar and 10g of protein. They are low on sugar and carbs, yet high in fat and protein at the same time. I'd have 2 a day and drink mio (which has 0 carbs and 0 sugar in it) One last thing, if you are going to go on Keto at some point, make sure you start to have ascorbic acid 2 months after you start. Because without it, you die

SynCloud09 (1 week ago) You'll have to cut sugary food and drinks. And replace them with foods that are high in fat and protein, mainly fat. Once you do, your body will burn the fat in your body instead of sugar. Which is why you lose weight
I also eat real bacon bits (which I add to my salad) and eggs. My roommate also showed me how to make zero carbs chocolate mousse. which is just awesome :)

SynCloud09 (1 week ago) So on keto, you can eat like a king and lose weight at the same time. You'll have energy all the time, won't crave sugar and you'll lose all your face fat within a month and a half. I lost all my face fat in a month and a half myself! Eventually you'll lose all your belly fat too. I'm maybe halfway to losing all my belly fat :)
If you are going to do keto, try limit your carbs to 15 carbs a day or less for a month. Then after that, stick to 15-30 carbs a day
