SynCloud09 (2 months ago) that's awesome! What I did at first, was have 10-15 carbs a day. I did that for the first month a half. I ended up losing weight fast lol. Just remember to have foods that are low in carbs, high in fat and moderate in protein. Cut off bread, pasta, cereal, fruit, grains, potatoes, junk food, fries, pizza etc. Its a big sacrifice but its worth it!
