@Ceryel Hash filters could also be a good solution. IE if someone posts CSAM not only ban that user and the specific upload, but ban the metadata in the video to prevent copies from being uploaded in the future. This is how 4cuck usually deals with the problem.
I'm still unsure as to whether it's just retarded shitskins uploading their stashes or intentional attack on Kolyma sites to get them shut down
