Ripper the Clown typically only uploads original comedy content on Rippertheclownshow--check out my channel for original pop culture comedy videos!--but I couldn't help but upload this recently acquired clip because the (video) quality appears to be better than what I've seen elsewhere ... plus it's pretty rare footage and an esoteric moment and piece of pop culture that has always fascinated me.

On Nov. 22, 1987, an unknown individual wearing a Max Headroom mask hijacked the WGN 9 o'clock news on Channel 9 during their sports broadcast ... and then, hours later, the same individual hijacked WTTW during an episode of Doctor Who....
