This was on seegore, the man goes by the name of John Mohn who released the video on YouTube before later taking it down and then getting reuploaded to other platforms by other users. It was believed that he killed his father because he was deemed a "traitor" to his country and beheaded him. Some believe the head of his victim may have been a fake or some sort of dummy head. He was later caught by law enforcement, found guilty of 1st degree murder, and sentenced.
