What about vanillo? It's a pretty good competitor to verond. And is not using an existing video sharing script! (And uses original scripts with PHP stuff) And this one doesn't have any algorithms to moderate the site. Just human moderation, not AI! (Like videos reviewed by humans for example) And a few other things. Such as a clean layout, sub-profiles, communities, (Like a group system) partnership, monetization, (Through ads, donations & vanillo gold shows) live-streaming, vanillo original shows (Similar to YT premium's original shows) & more!
