The contents of this video may be creepy, because of the person chasing them, who looks abnormal. This is not a fake video, because the two boys are missing to this day. Feel free to re-upload, there are no rights to this video since the MUP (Croatian Police) released it to public domain.

This isn't on videotape, this is a digital recording. Analog tape would have light streaks and would be 4:3, not 16:9 (unless this is zoomed in). Also, tape would be blurrier than this. They could have just been calling their SD card a "tape" but then, how could you just randomly find an SD card?
