I founded this video on Youtube and it was assumed to be recorded with a vhs. It's about a japanese communist being killed by a 17 year old student because he thought that Asanuma was a traitor to Japan.

It was probably a kinescope or a quadruplex at the time. VHS and Betamax didn’t come out until the 70s.
