In Vladivostok, two migrants tried to saw an artillery shell: one was torn apart — the other was seriously injured.
Foreign specialists carried out repair work on the territory of a private house and laid the sidewalk, but suddenly they found an iron capsule and for some reason decided to open it. As a result, one of the visitors exploded, the second was taken to the hospital.
