I think it could have been one guy videoing and another guy hiding in the room with two dolls. The first doll looked like a girl hurdled up or whatever, then the dude shut the door, giving the other guy time to swap the dolls, then the cameraman opens the door and sees the second doll of the girl standing up. This could be true because the ghost figure does not appear to move. Notice how the cameraman opens the door very slowly to make sure the camera doesnt show the room to make sure the dude gets out of the shot. Pretty chilling either way.
