Deviantart Breach (SCP:CB mod) indev preview #17 (13+)

Introducing: The Fetish Doctor (A plague doctor-wannabe with no standards whatsoever).
Changelog (If I remember correctly):
- SCP-049 is a WIP.
- Changed more Horror sounds.
- Tweaked with the Radio a bit (gave it a DMusic logo).
- Edited the walls a bit to make them more atmospheric.
- Edited a few of Dr. L's notes to give the mod more lore.
