Original description : "PSO_OP24.SFD" file was found inside Phantasy Star Online Nov 1, 2000 prototype which was dumped by Sazpaimon and released by the Hidden Palace.

I simply converted the .SFD file, corrected the aspect ratio and added the Opening Theme song from the final release.
