Hiragana - One of 3 Japanese "alphabets". Role of hiragana serves into writing particles mostly, but in fact in Hiragana you can write everything. In yore, women could write only in Hiragana. Hiragana have 50 Japanese characters and we can name Hiragana a syllabary.
