here is my list of good browsers:
Ungoogled Chromium: a modified version of chromium without the google trackers & spyware, it's open source (my current default browser)
Otter Browser: another open source browser that aims to recreate aspects of Opera 12.x , it's still in development, so far, there is no support for extensions
Tor: good for privacy if you use it for the regular web sites, the only problem is if you acidentally access a deep web site (because tor is known for being the browser to access the deep web)
GNU IceCat: it's like ungoogled chromium but is firefox-based, unfortunately, there is no windows version of it

@SaturnDumbass231 i already knew tor, but the other 3 ones i found out in the spyware watchdog too
