This was internally named "Q3_Aug" which JS/S3DR often called "Q3_Ogg", a pun after the OGG audio format
This and Q3: C.m.C. - Panic were made within a few days and made on the same month
JS/S3DR played a rather minor role with him mostly doing the bassline and even gaining a sample of his suggestion
