How to fight Fire Man the "Right Way"

With a twist ending too ;)

Originally, I made this video after everyone in the Mega Man Maker Discord server was complaining about Fire Man's AI, which I then followed up by saying that there's an even easier way to abuse his AI other than the typical jump and shoot strat that everybody and their grandparents know about. After awhile, I decided to make this video for proof that it can be exploited as such. Read below to see how it works:


Fire Man shoots exactly 6 blocks away from Mega Man. If he manages to reach this distance, no more, no less, he will open fire on Mega Man.
Fire Man also shoots whenever Mega Man fires at him. Not when he shoots, when he actually HITS him, which Fire Man then attacks a half a second later.

And... yeah. That's about it.
